It always begins with listening

Before we begin any treatment, we listen first. How are you feeling today? Which areas need extra care? Is there anything we should avoid? A truly good massage starts with understanding — not just technique.

What to keep in mind

  • Prepare a quiet corner — it does not have to be large, just enough to lay the massage mat.
  • Drink plenty of water before and after the session to help your body flush out toxins.
  • Wear comfortable clothes, or use the linens we bring along — every piece is washed to spa-grade standards.

“The best massage is one where you feel cared for from the moment the door opens.”

During the session

Once you settle in, simply breathe in and out gently and let the therapist work. If a pressure feels too strong, or you’d like it deeper, tell your therapist — communication is part of the ritual.

Music and scents are chosen carefully. Lavender for sleep, sweet orange for a refreshed mood, eucalyptus to clear your mind — all paired with the rhythm of your session.

After the massage

Do not get up too quickly. Let yourself rest for another 5 to 10 minutes, sip warm water, and take a slow shower. Tonight, you will rest more deeply than you have in a long while.
